STATIC MIXER TECHNICAL DATA

The static mixer is designed to mix multiple fluids in a continuous and stable manner by letting the fluid materials pass through the mixer. Since there is no need for motive power, the mixer is characterized by

FLOW DIVISION

Fluid flow divides into two streams when passing over each mixer element. the number of divided streams (S) is 2ⁿ where ‘n’ is the number of elements in the mixer. Fluid flow is divided

ROTATIONAL CIRCULATION

Rotational circulation is induced bt left-and right-twisting helical elements.

RADIAL MIXING

The mixer causes the fluid in the center to move from the center to the wall and follwing the twisted curve of elements.
