[Measure for personal information handling]

'TAEHA' (hereafter, 'the company') considers customers’ personal information important, and complies with "the law regarding the promotion of information and communication network use and protection of information". The company informs the purpose of use and method for the use of the personal information provided by the customer according to the personal information handling measure, and informs which measure is being taken to protect personal information.

The company notifies via website if personal information handling measure is revised.

ο This measure shall be effective starting from November 01, 2009.

■ Personal information category for collection
The company collects the following personal information for member subscription, consultation and service request.
ο Categories for collection: Name, TEL, e-mail
ο Personal information collection method: Website

■ Purpose for personal information collection and use
The company uses the collected personal information for the following purpose.
ο Contents on the sales information and notice
ο Use for marketing and advertising
ο New services (products) development and specialization, and delivery of advertisement type of information such as event

■ Personal information retention and use period
The company shall immediately destroy the applicable information without exception when the purpose for the personal information collection and use is achieved.

■ Personal information destroying procedure and method
The company shall immediately destroy the applicable information when the purpose for the personal information collection and use is achieved.

Destroying procedure and method are as follows.
ο As for the destroying procedure, information input by customer is moved to a separate DB after the purpose of use is achieved (separate file box in case of paper) and it is destroyed after a specific period of time in accordance to the internal rule and other related laws (refer to the period for retention and use). Personal information moved to a separate DB shall not be used for other purpose except to keep unless otherwise stated by the law.
ο Personal information stored electronically shall be deleted by using a technology that cannot revive the record.

■ Personal information supply
The company shall not supply users’ personal information to the outside except for the following.
- When user agreed in advance
- When investigation authority requests based on related law or according to the procedure and method defined by the law for investigation purpose

■ Collected personal information entrustment
The company does not entrust an outside company with the customer information without customer’s agreement. When such a need arises, customer will be notified of the entrustment target and details of the entrustment wok and to get the agreement in advance if necessary.

■ Rights of the user and legal representative, and exercising method
User and legal representative can always inquire or modify own personal information or the personal information of his or her child who is 14 years old or younger, and may request membership termination.
To inquire and modify personal information of the user or child who is 14 years old or younger, use the ‘modify personal information’ (or ‘modify member information’). To terminate membership, (withdrawal of the agreement), click on the “terminate membership” to verify one’s ID first. Then, the user can access, modify or terminate directly, or contact the personal information management supervisor in writing, via phone or e-mail, and we will take the necessary measure without delay.

If you request correction of the personal information error, the company does not use or supply the applicable personal information until the correction is made.
Moreover, when the wrong personal information is already provided to a third party, and results of making correction shall be notified to the third party immediately to realize correction.
The company shall handle the personal information terminated or deleted due to user or legal representative’s request as specified on the “personal information retention and use period”. The company handles so that such information cannot be accessed or used for any other purpose.

■ Matters pertaining to the installation and operation of the automatic personal information collection device and the refusal
The company does not operates a device that collects the personal information that gets generated automatically when using the Internet service such as cookie.

■ Civil service regarding personal information
The company designated department and personal information management supervisor as follows to protect customer’s personal information and to handle complaint related to personal information.
