■ This is an In-line automatic dispensing system used in various dispensing applications, including Under-filling, UV bonding and epoxy molding, in electronic, electrical and automobile industries.

■ Models vary depending on materials including, silicone, epoxy, UV and acryl and the system can incorporate various dispensing parts, including barrel, cartridge, tank, valve, plunger pump,
Pro-pump and quick valve.

■ The systems uses a dispenser to provide coating process, in which products are transported via a conveyor and aligned with an align unit, and coating position is controlled by motion 3axis.

■ Option items, icluding vision, conveyor type, dispenser, are available for different coating results and production environment. The system is basically operated through a 17” monitor.
A PLC control is also available.

■ The motion and coveyor are specially designed in a way that maximizes the internal process, minimizes the external size and enables the double stage on the X-axis and fast processing time.
